About JR Tashjian

Hey, my name is JR Tashjian and I am a Web Developer. I’m currently living in Albany, NY USA and working for Overit Media, doing what I love and nothing less. I love programming and have been doing so for about 4 years now. I develop in both Front-End (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and Back-End (PHP, MySQL). I also do a bit of Web Design, only for personal projects though.

Other than Web Development, I love to hang out with my friends and family. They are everything to me and I wouldn’t be where I am today without their support and guidance! My friends and I love getting out into the woods, hiking trails in the Adirondaks and camping wherever we find a good spot. We also play lots of board games while eating different and/or new foods that we find interesting.

About the Site

I’m always pushing myself to improve in all aspects of programming. Whether it’s a concept I don’t understand or a theory I’ve never implemented, it’s my goal to grasp it. I’m the kind of person who will stay up day and night until I can make sense of it. When I do, I get fired up and ready to learn the next thing keeping me back!
